JP Morgan permitting Bitcoin and Ethereum as loan collateral for institutions is a big leap forward for digital assets.
The largest US bank is signaling that digital assets are mature enough to sit alongside treasuries and equities as institutional-grade collateral.
While the impact on Bitcoin is high, the implications for $ETH are even more profound.
$ETH isn’t just a store of value - it’s a productive asset.
Having worked at BlackRock, I’ve seen how these incremental steps from the launch of $ETH ETFs to the use of $ETH as collateral steadily build institutional confidence.
Each layer of adoption makes the next one inevitable.
The message is clear: high-quality digital assets like $ETH are becoming integral to the modern financial system.
It seems @jpmorgan is uprating @coinbase stock on the belief of $34b $BASE token -- which could make it the largest airdrop in history.
And is also highlighting their DEX integrations as core to strategy... but plz, fade it bc the washed up shitcoin slingers told ya too. 🫡
Many of you must have seen the chart below showing electricity pricing going up nationwide.
One, non-obvious point I'd like to share with you all is that the price increase has almost nothing to do with the current 'AI' craze.
Electricity prices lag general market inflation by 3-5 years, for various reasons.
Imho...the 'AI' increases, if they actually build everything that they claim to want to build, should hit electricity consumers in 2026-2028; not-to-mention EVs, building electrification, crypto, drones, robotics, and a slew of other electricity-based innovations coming down the pike.
There's a real estate moment approaching where owners will need to make an important choice about building-level upgrades.
I plan to write about this in more depth when I free up some bandwidth. For now, let me leave you all with a quote from JFK:
"The time to repair the roof is when the sun is shining"
Stay tuned.
