@ParkIndigoUK @TLRailUK @StAlbansCouncil Forgive me if I’m wrong but both carparks have numberplate recognition and registration entry at ticket machine. Why patrol only one of them if not to trick people? The tech is installed in both. If not for trickery it would be cheaper for you to apply same rules @ both carparks
