We are delighted to have signed the agreement for lease on the most ambitious new real estate development in Manchester - No.1 St Michael’s.

This £400 million landmark development was launched yesterday by @GNev2's company, Relentless Developments, in collaboration with stakeholders @KKR_Co, @salboyltd and @ManCityCouncil.

Our Manchester team will relocate to No.1 St Michaels in 2025, following completion of phase one of the two-phase development, in late 2024. We will take up occupancy on the top floor of this nine-storey building.

The scheme represents the city’s most sustainable offices, developed with the aim of achieving net zero carbon in construction and operation and targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating.

This move confirms our commitment to our Manchester-based people and clients, and to the wider cultural investment in the city. It will create a state-of-the-art working environment for our colleagues, and will deliver on our aim to improve the sustainability of our operations.
