@jvipondmd Thank you for your hard work. why after so long is this virus hitting the young harshly? These numbers are devastating. Is it that omicron itself is a variant that poses more risk for pediatric populations? Do we know if those peads admitted to hospital/icu were vaccinated?

@ChuckWurster So Sorry you are out in this position. Not sure of your kids ages, if they were both fully vaccinated would you be comfortable at this point sending them? Or even with both is it very risky?

@PeterPlansIt In the same boat for minor hockey week. Kids are teens, are keen and don’t want to let their teams down. as parents we feel it’s irresponsible to play. It’s a hard position to be in - kind of wish decision was made for us instead of on our shoulders :(

@drdagly @sheldonwestcott @trendless @Mrhockey1231 I am hearing the same arguments a lot regarding the vaxxed being the ones crowding the hospitals. Is there a source that can help me understand why the numbers look the way they do? From a layman’s perspective (me) it can be rather confusing 🙏🏼🙏🏼
