@VocabulousUK I’ve always enjoyed telling pupils about “Dendrochronology”. As Wikipedia says “Dendrochronology derives from the Ancient Greek dendron (δένδρον), meaning "tree", khronos (χρόνος), meaning "time", and -logia (-λογία), "the study of".”
