-Less than 10% of scooter riders wear helmets.
-More than 50% of riders use the sidewalk, rather than the street.
-5% of all scooters are used in tandem, as in two people riding one scooter.
-25% of all scooters who use the street do not obey street signs.

Driving Northbound on NW 14th (one way) near Lovejoy and two unhelmeted scooters are riding South down the center of the street. This is becoming the norm. Do better, @PBOTinfo.
