@Canucks Move ineffective players for picks and cap space. That’s how you rebuild, then take aging character players like Gally to help locker room and make team retain salary. Rebuild in effect well done RJ.
@onesoccer LDF Moise is not sharp at all and it shows, if Richie just played LB a the CBs wouldn’t be hung out to dry constantly. Jesse’s tactics with Richie stepping into midfield and having free reign are what kills them
@BenSteiner00 It’s simple guys, healing from a serious hamstring injury is complicated. Especially a recurring one. He’s not healthy enough to play. If he does a grade 3 or 4 tear pushing it, we could possibly never see the same Davies again. Let’s report on the matchups, tactics fs 🤦♂️
@BenSteiner00 Richie at fault Ben jeez cmon. Advanced to high; forced CBs to shift, Alistar tucked in to far because Richie is playing his own game high up on the left. Worst player today for Canada by far.
@BenSteiner00 Why in the world would they start Moise, he looks clumsy and not sharp against Qatar. The reality everyone needs to accept, is he’s not going to be the Moise everyone remembers AT ALL in this tournament. Derek and Luc have been great, accept that and let Moise be a sub🤦♂️🤦♂️
@TSN_Sports Why would he? If they tie or win he has 10 days to be full health, people don’t understand the weapon he is when fully healthy, he’s arguably the best left back in the world fs. Let him be READY for the knockout rounds. Swiss game doesn’t matter as much now
@BenSteiner00 Jesus Ben give it a rest on the Moise speculation posts. Write tweets about real football things, he may play minutes he may not. Injuries happen. Focus on interesting matchups, tactics, stories. Our football media is a laughingstock to real football people rn🤦♂️
@TSNScianitti@BenSteiner00 Can we spend some time reporting the positives leading up, tactical matchups, key factors to advance. All you reporters are focused on is injuries. It’s clear you are limited in your experience reporting on football gents🤦♂️boring as fuck
@CanMNTonly Absolutely pointless to play 2 up top with him and Larin together. He doesn’t press, doesn’t deal with the pivot in midfield either, just loafs around hoping for a poachers chance. Not sure why we are so set on playing 4-4-2. Get outplayed in midfield and no chances in final 3rd
@BenSteiner00 Reality is players are better off in the NCAA than CPL and it’s not even close. Sadly CPL will die after World Cup, heard direct from source in 65 current if prospective buyer for pacific falls through. 65 will close both clubs post World Cup.
@BenSteiner00 This is kind of a bad take Ben. Davies credit goes to BTB and whitecaps sure, other than that who has whitecaps produced that’s influential for CMNT. Really majority of our national team thrived in private acad’s, then NCAA or Europe
@alexanderupert@chris_ar97 Frankly not accurate, players were not on league mins of 30k CAD with 500$ or less for housing. In its 7th year even bench MLS players still made a wage they could frugally live on. I made more than current league min in the old corrupt CSL🤦♂️🤦♂️
@chris_ar97 Finally someone posting the real truth. Players advocating for their day job is click bait and funny. But far more reminiscent of the old CSL or PDL days than a full time professional org.
@BenSteiner00@PhilPerkinsCP24 I don’t think the issue is finding investors. It’s finding investors who can leverage relationships to reach an agreement with the city and the province to build a viable plan to keep the team here. The city or province has to help this happen
@kaitalkscanucks Cootes will barely be a 3C by the end of his development. Physically he is about as dominant as a wet paper bag, as fans let’s be realistic about guys ceiling. His is a 3C max.
