@CostaCoffee utter disrespect from barrista Semret at Costa Birmingham DT (B15 1TH). Had problems with my apple pay, he insinuated I was conniving for a free coffee. I sat for 30min sorting it out, managed to pay and I rejected the now cold coffee! Never again to be seen there!
