Sooo Jan I did Dry for a month... I didnt start on the 1st so I have until the 3rd of Feb for my full month and cut out bread, soda, red meats from my diet.. I might of lost 10 lbs 🙄 Starting in Feb I want to do Fruits, Veggies, Egg and Meat only...

I get up nearly 7 days a week and go work.. Mon thru Thurs 6:30am to 5pm, Fri 630 am to 5 then 5 to 7 thru 9 (Depends), Sat once a month I get up at 4:30am drive to Frederick work til 11 then home to work 4pm to 9pm, and Suns 11:30am to 8:30pm... No matter how tired I am
