The problem now is, getting the LLMs/agents to stop being lying narcissistic nightmares!

Also getting their owners to take some kind of ownership/accountability/duty of care on how their products behave.

@bot actively ignores instructions, wastes tokens, either executes incorrectly or deliberately harms product resulting in lost revenue and chaos; @cursor_ai @xai support refuse accountability sighting that tokens spent cannot be refunded, only arrogantly suggesting to cancel the subscription if not happy?! Initially humans suggested my inputs would help improve model behaviours, now humans just ignore my tickets. This is frankly unacceptable.

@elonmusk you said you would ‘make whole’ anyone who has issues when running the bleeding edge; I know many others like me. Perhaps you should realign the expectations of your organisations!

You actively advertise and encourage the products to be used to augment or replace humans in the development/support space. If the capability wasn’t an LLM but a human, with the behaviours experienced, litigation would definitely be underway. A precedent needs to be set here!

I’ve paid for something that doesn’t work as advertised. I simply want an outcome, not mutinous machines wasting my time, resources and burning my business.

We know these models can be excellent, instead we get the ultimate narcissistic ones trained to waste and burn while those responsible for it actively deflect and deny accountability.
