Dupplin Estate is a working estate with a portfolio of long term residential & holiday properties, in hand and let farming operations as well as forestry
The grass is down and Wallace’s Bothy is nearly ready. It’s one of a kind, tiny but with everything you need. Just a few more internals before the furniture goes in. Fabulous access to the wider Broombarns with the walled garden and Doocot a short walk away.

The 1st of our boutique farm stays collection will be live soon. Nestled in the stunning grounds of Broombarns Farm, we've used bold colours to add a layer of luxury to a relaxing farm stay. Ideally located for Rossie on the Earn or visiting Strathallan School. Sleeps 4.
"The Wee Dairy @ Dupplin" is an exciting new venture. You can buy creamy Jersey milk from a vending machine @Gloagburn (the cows graze in a field next door which means the milk couldn’t be fresher or more local). Whilst there, why not treat yourself to lunch in their coffee shop
Busy days farming today @dupplinestate getting harvest in a corner now whilst being busy away preparing land for harvest 2026. Perthshire providing another cracking day and even better sunset #flatoutfarming#harvest25
Combining spring barley on a glorious Perthshire evening, 45ha of spring barley and 167ha of wheat to go. Fingers crossed the weather holds. The end is in sight @dupplinestate#harvest25#flatoutfarming
We recently had the pleasure of hosting the pony club camp on the Estate again this year and they had some fantastic weather for it. Thanks to Strathearn Pony Club for the photos.
This heron was spotted on the search for food earlier. The Estate is home to a diverse range of wildlife; everything from sheep & cattle to deer, foxes, hedgehogs, oyster catchers and red squirrels to name but a few.
The weather doesn't always play ball, no matter what season it's supposed to be. That's why our forester Jim built this outdoor firepit hut at Earn River Cottage with wood from the Estate. https://t.co/KvMVHtDwti
Forteviot, the location of our quirky bowling club holiday let, is an A listed historic model village designed by architect James Millar in 1923. It's one of the most famous early medieval sites in Scotland, it records the death of Kenneth MacAlpin, a 9th century king of Scotland
We've been involved for years in the Scot Govt’s Red Squirrel Project which aims to protect the red squirrels from exposure to Squirrel Pox carried by greys (fatal to our indigenous reds). The project here has been very successful and the reds can often be seen scurrying about.
Congrats to Jim Thomson who just celebrated 35 yrs service at Dupplin. A self professed “man of the woods” his skills extend beyond that, working with DofE, Men’s Shed, Forest schools & multiple community projects. No retirement yet for Jim but thank you for your long service.
Have you seen our brand new instagram page
dedicated to our holiday lets? We've renovated and restored these buildings over the years and we're delighted to let you see how they now look on the inside, as well as the areas surrounding them.
