@jannarden Gave up doing that and got out of bed - struggling to sleep after being told my chemo stopped working and prognosis is now 4-5 mths - all of this on top of the crazy going on the world which makes it hard to make the most of my last few months !!

@PINsykes Set your e-mail account to auto-delete anything sent during your Out of Office period and make it known in your OOO message that the e-mail will be deleted but if it is important to resend it after the OOO period has expired OR .... if you're OOO don't look at your e-mails !

@SusieSteiner1 The joy of my diagnosis is that my dietitian has told me not to eat any high fibre foods so I can't eat my way to regularity ! Oh well, chemo again next week and the ritual starts all over again !
