Reasons for Refusal 1: The new large floor-plate commercial offices will seriously change and harm Brick Lane’s character. Where Whitechapel and Aldgate Town Centres ARE identified for office growth, the Local Plan does NOT promote offices in Brick Lane. #savebricklane
