Over the years, I have consulted many civil servants and deeply respect the dedication required to clear the Civil Services Examination. The recent India-Pakistan conflict has caused blackouts in border states, disrupting preparation and affecting aspirants’ mental well-being. Holding the UPSC prelims on 25th May may unfairly disadvantage them.
