It is very disappointing that fees hiked to 900%. Students who prepare dedicatedly and work hard to pursue higher education in India had now to spend a lot of Money ..Many Middle class and poor people can't afford this inspite of having very good base Knowledge.

Sir, while doing MTech our parents will not be in the same position as when we are in school.
Think logical!!! and support us...all school children also not able to pay 5000 to 10000 per semester.
With this hike our dreams will be shattered and we get stuck.

Imagine IIT fee got increased by 2 Lakh/ annum and a student of IIT got a PSU job , do you think he will stay in IIT because of the 2 Lakh fee compared to 10 Lakhs CTC package ? Think logically @HRDMinistry @DrRPNishank

It is better that all PSU along with IIT participate in COAP so that seats in IIT may not be vacant instead of increasing fees to 900% along with no stipend. #mtechfeehike
