I dread to think how much I’ve spent over the years watching @dcfcofficial since my first game as an 8 year old in Division 3 in on 15 March 1986. We drew 1-1 with Darlington at the Baseball Ground, Trevor Christie scored.

#dcfc got promoted that season and also the year after.

I thought this promotion lark was really easy! However, in the subsequent 38 years we’ve been very close a couple of times but have only been promoted twice, 1996 and 2007.

Even though it’s ‘only’ moving out of the third tier, it will still be a very special day if we finish

@DCFCWille I don’t disagree with any of that, I’m not questioning he’s been a decent player and very loyal to us. It’s the parading around as a Bristol City player now, rather than in the summer when he joins them properly that is annoying. If you’re happy with that then I’m pleased for you
