A huge thank you for the Metabiodivex 2024 Summer School!
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who made the Metabiodivex 2024 Summer School on chemoinformatics such a success. It was a truly enriching and inspiring week filled with valuable learning experiences.
This experience provided a valuable opportunity to connect with passionate colleagues in the field of chemoinformatics and discover the latest advancements. I am confident that the knowledge and ideas gained will contribute to further research and for advancement of science. /5
A special thanks to the organizers, especially to Mehdi BENIDDIR and Marc Litaudon. Their hard work, dedication, and meticulous planning created a welcoming and conducive learning environment.Their attention to detail ensured that everyone got the most out of the summer school.4/
I would like to particularly thank the speakers (Touboul David, Adriano Rutz, Cécile Apel, Samuel BERTRAND, Téo Hebra, Salomé Poyer, Nicolas Elie, Florent Olivon) for their captivating and informative presentations. 2/
I've recently created a GitHub repository where I uploaded some simple handmade chemistry icons. Of course, they can be used freely by the community. Currently, a very small set is available but I will update this repository gradually. https://t.co/s8N94wugIt
@vishal_iiserb This studies was done in particular on CARM1 and the active site architectures of all human PRMTs are highly conserved. In result, we hope that RSF1 containing R* is gonna "get in touch" with the peptide substrate binding site of PRMT2 and stabilize it.
@vishal_iiserb Vishal Rai Thank you for your good wishes. It's has already been demontrated that three-atom linkers connecting the adenosine and guanidine (like in arginine) is optimal for mimicking the transition state geometry.

Interested in a PhD in collaboration with @SanofiFR ? We are seeking for a highly motivated organic chemist to develop new cleavable linkers for targeted drug delivery.
You will find more information in attached document.

We showed that SPAAC in human plasma could be accelerated up to 70-fold compared to methanol. Selective couplings in competition experiments could pave the way toward in vivo studies. Proud to be part of the project.
