Portrait of Teddy as Christmas present for my Mom.
This is tied with another one of my drawings as my best work to date. It was a slow process, but one I'm proud of.

@trifove3@YBlndr For real, spending a few mintues to analyze your progress and mentally visualize your next steps can not only make things easier but save you time you'd otherwise be chasing a goose by needing to rework the same areas.
@oscarholter Once I had them sketched. I did a rough greyscale painting pass to show the forms and compose the lighting. Since I knew I was gonna make it a red monochrome painting. It would be easy to just add a red low opacity layer on top of it that I would then continue to work off of. END
@oscarholter Even before that I start with their lines of action. Simplest example being just a single curving line to denote the gesture of the caterpillar. That I used as the center of a curving cylinder as so on with the others as well. 4/5?
Here's a mock Hellboy cover I did with an attempt to do it in Mike Mignola's artstyle. I finished this at the end of January, but forgot to post it here.

Had another fun time with an exercise on ArtWod.
Spent way to long on it lol. Thought of adding the frog and bug after drawing the train to contribute to my discord's frog vs bug team battle event.
