@AmericanAir AA#90 cancelled. Family of 4 is now stuck in ORD for 4hrs and then DEN for 6hrs until arriving at LHR 14hrs late. Help please. Wandering the airport with 6 & 9 yr old and we are not seated together on our 6169 to LHR - despite having paid for upgrade.
