Don't understand the logic *at all* of this supposedly being a celebration of 30 years of PS, when only 12,300 people can celebrate (although the scalpers who give no shits about PS will definitely be celebrating today).

@tomwarren Prices on eBay are insane & appear to be selling too, even if you assume some of the bids are protest ones. £3k+ sales and plenty on there for £5k+.

Really sucks that it was this limited. Only 12,300 people could "celebrate 30 years of PS", and 12k of those are probs scalpers.

You flip flop between cheerleading for it, to prostrating yourself before Elon when something goes wrong, which is often.

@briancharles007 @MikeyWooster @GAMEdigital It certainly does seem like it. My order turned up out of the blue, with a completely different (format) order number to the one I had. This was after I sent emails, opened a ticket, tried to use live chat, trying to cancel it. It seems like they have no customer service anymore.

@benjoel26 @GAMEdigital At least you managed to speak to ostensibly a human, which is more than anyone else can manage. Never seen a live chat before without a queue, that just cuts you off after an arbitrary (short) amount of time. Haven't been able to speak to a real person once.

Naturally I have no way to query or cancel it with anyone, since all of the contact options don't work (live chat) or are ignored (tickets).

Even the Twitter DMs stop after an initial contact. Wish I'd bought my order on CC instead of debit card, but hopefully Barclays will do the right thing.

No working means to contact anyone, web chat just exists in theory (you just get cut off with no response after an arbitrary time limit, no queue), tickets go unanswered.

Complete shambles. You can't even see your orders in your account because of a "website upgrade". Utter shambles.

@GAMEdigital How are we supposed to contact you when your Live Chat has an arbitrary time limit and no one answers, and you publish no phone number? I can't see either of my pre-orders, I've had no dispatch emails despite paying for next day delivery, and can't speak to anyone. Shambles.

Pretty much every game you can think of has a similar trajectory over time, as people "complete" it, other games come out, other things become the focus of Twitch etc.
