This postseason has been about 2nd half comebacks for the Gators. But they saved the best comeback for the Championship game. What a game! What a team! We're National Champions again!

I have a super important purchase coming up (pre-ordered using same Citi credit card but card hasn't been charged yet). If Citi does not authorize that transaction, my order will be cancelled. I cannot afford that. Please help!
@AskCiti I was trying to make a payment on a government website and Citi's anti-fraud detection kicked in! I can now no longer use the card. Customer service tells me to wait for a letter in the mail to resolve this, which could take 7-10 business days!!!

@qatarairways I've gotta say - your customer service is absolutely the worst! I've sent numerous emails, filled feedback forms, and submitted a lost-and-found request, but it's like talking to a brick wall! No one from your team has ever reached out to me for any of the above.
@FedExHelp FedEx has failed to deliver my last 4 packages on the original delivery date because of "Exception - Customer Not Available or Business Closed", even though none of the deliveries required a signature and mine is a residential address.

You tortured a woman who was traveling with a baby instead of helping out and making the journey easy for her. The most incompetent and heartless staff I've ever come across. We and any of our family and friends are never flying Qatar Airways again.
@qatarairways My wife had the worst experience flying Qatar Airways. 1st the staff at BOM airport couldn't "find" our infant's reservation and kept asking my wife to pay if she wanted our daughter to travel with her. It took 30 mins to resolve after a supervisor stepped in.
To complete the experience, one of the checked bags didn't arrive at the final destination. When filing the claim for missing baggage, the staff couldn't locate the bag because it wasn't checked into the system. It took 2 days of following up to finally get the bag back.
