Alright, here's my 2c about AI as someone who inevitably has to be literate in AI as part of my job:
AI is like any other major technology from the past. I think immediately of cloud computing and the dotcom bubble. It's not AI that is problematic, it's about how people use it.
I feel like so many radical opinions about AI come from people who don't understand it and treat it like the boogeyman based on what others parrot on here. The average joe prompting Claude a few times a day is not draining oceans, we don't need to "cancel" each other over AI
