@jonessodaco So let me guess, you're not planning to ship these, either? Almost all your customers who preordered the Sunset Sasparilla back in OCTOBER still have not received it in December, and you're STILL ignoring all emails/calls about it and refusing refunds.

1. That price
2. When over 50% of people who ordered a case (or multiple) of Sunset Sasparilla never received their order, and are being completely ignored by Jones Customer Support?

Mine says it was supposed to arrive a week ago, and tracking STILL says the carrier hasn't even received it.
