Propouštění v IT sektoru je teprve na začátku. Nic takového jsme v novodobé historii nezažili. V rámci recesí šlo vždy o dočasný problém, teď jde o dlouhodobou strukturální změnu, která bude akcelerovat.

AI ageni jsou v plenkách a většina firem je zatím neumí používat. To se rychle mění a brzy o práci nebudou přicházet jen ajťáci, ale čím dál více kancelářských profesí. S nástupem humanoidních robotů i profese mimo kanceláře.

🟢Krátkodobě to je bullish, protože nezaměstnanost roste z nízké základny. Při spuštění ChatGPT jsme byli kolem 3,5%, nyní jsme kolem 4,5% což jsou stále historicky relativně nízké úrovně, kdy není důvod k obavám (zatím). Propouštění přinese větší efektivitu, vyšší marže a zisky firem.

Jenže mzda zaměstnance (kterou firma ušetří) je zároveň tržba jiné firmy (kde zaměstnanec utrácí).

🔴Může to dopadnout hodně špatně. Problém je, že to celé může akcelerovat exponenciálně a svět se nestihne přizpůsobit. Nezaměstnanost → nižší tržby firem → nižší mzdy → nesplacené úvěry → recese.

🔴Nemovitostní krize dává perfektní smysl, vzhledem k aktuální mánii na tomto trhu. Obecně se vžilo, že nemovitosti nemohou výrazně padat, což je úplná blbost. Je to trh jako každý jiný a je tam spousta páky. To funguje pouze za předpokladu, že ekonomika šlape.

Problémy jsou již dnes v realitních nemovitostech a private credit. Rezidenční nemovitosti jsou zatím OK, protože lidé mají pořád práci. Mladí lidé s dobře placenou prací si nabrali hypotéky na historicky nadhodnocené nemovitosti. Když začnou masově přicházet o práci, může to způsobit kolaps na nemovitostním trhu a finanční krizi.

The past few weeks I’ve basically been buried in Claude Code sessions and kind of lost in it. After using this stuff almost nonstop for the last 8 months, the changes over the past 3 months have probably been the biggest so far-and in my view, they’re going to have real impact on crypto and the markets overall.

AI agents are making massive leaps forward, not necessarily to fully replace developers, but to reduce the number needed to build a solid product from dozens down to just a few.

The layoffs you’ve seen at Microsoft and a few other companies (mainly developers) will very likely continue. Attacks on crypto will become-and already are-much more sophisticated, so cases like USR ($80M minted from $200k) will happen more often. Stablecoin and delta-neutral yields will keep going down, and they’re already at pretty low levels.

Research teams will shrink while still being able to maintain context over a much larger portion of the market, including smaller emerging projects. Arbitrage opportunities will close faster (except for very niche ones), and AI will take control over an even larger share of exchange volume.

Yeah, it sounds rough-I know. But it’s reality. You either prepare for it and ride the wave, or do what most people I see are doing-ignore it and troll anyone working with AI (and the fact that people who know nothing about AI talk about it the most and shape the public sentiment really doesn’t help 😆 ).

From my perspective, if you’re an active trader, it makes sense to start thinking more about building a simple system around yourself (data collection, alerts, filtering), not relying purely on manually watching the market, and being more selective about what you trade.

Edge will shift more toward speed, consistency, and working with information rather than “gut feeling.” TA specialists should also adapt to more current, harder-to-replicate approaches, because the old ones will simply get broken by AI. And I wouldn’t underestimate security-there will only be more of these blowups.
