A little backstory behind me and this book… My wife and I run a food pantry through our church. One Sunday, I was invited to share my testimony during the communion meditation. What happened next changed everything. The response was overwhelming—people were moved, hearts stirred. Among those listening that morning was my wife’s boss, the director of child protective services. After hearing my story, she invited me to be the keynote speaker at a foster care appreciation dinner. As someone who spent time in foster care myself, I accepted. That night, I stood before a room full of judges, magistrates, attorneys, foster parents, and social workers. When I finished speaking, the entire room rose to their feet. The tear-filled eyes and thunderous applause reminded me of something I’d always known deep down: our stories—no matter how broken they begin—carry the power to heal, to connect, and to change lives. That moment gave birth to From Broken to Blessed: The Promise That Changed Everything. This book is my testimony and a reflection of God’s grace. It’s about how mindset shapes reality, how cycles of trauma can be broken through courage, and how transformation begins when you choose to take ownership of your story. Through faith, love, and consistent action, you can become the man—or woman—you once prayed to be. You can build a life rooted in purpose, peace, and grace. For years, people encouraged me to share my story—told me to write a book. I finally listened. From Broken to Blessed is now a Top New Release on Amazon with multiple 5-star editorial reviews. Let this be a reminder: where you start doesn’t have to be where you stay. 📷📷 https://t.co/xS9NLkYDDf #broken #broke #blessed #everything #memoir #selfhelp #help #survival #survive #abuse #abusive #life #success #memoirs #blessings #bless #kindle #amazon #book #novel #biography #FromBrokenToBlessed #testimony #christianauthor #healingjourney #faith #Redemption #ChristianBook #audible #NewRelease #purpose #BreakTheCycle See less

@JellyRoll615 Your music gave a voice to the pain I used to carry in silence. I turned that pain into purpose in my book From Broken to Blessed—a true story of surviving addiction, abuse, and trauma to break generational cycles. I’d be honored if you gave it a look. 🙏📖 I was an angry kid with 2 felonies and 8 misdemeanors by 16. I got out of JDC and straight into foster care. Shortly after leaving foster care I was homeless—living out of my truck while finishing high school. The opening scene of my book is my first memory: waking up surrounded by drugs, alcohol, and naked strangers. That was the world I was born into—but not where I chose to stay. I learned to use my past as motivation instead of a crutch. My story is about healing, redemption, and the power of choosing a different path—even when all the odds are stacked against you. There’s a free sample on Amazon. I just ask you to read the first paragraph of Chapter One. If it doesn’t grab you, I’ll be shocked. Either way, thank you for everything you’re doing. Your story helps people like me keep telling ours. https://t.co/xS9NLkYDDf
