The G7’s latest declaration on critical minerals reinforces the need to build secure, diversified supply chains, including domestic processing capacity.
$WWR is advancing both a potential U.S. graphite resource at Coosa and battery-grade graphite production at Kellyton.

Permitting progress at Coosa.
$WWR has submitted a Section 404 permit application to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Another step in advancing a future domestic source of natural flake graphite - a critical mineral used in battery-grade graphite production.

$CRVS Mizuho PT $30 Soquelitinib AtD Data at SID Impress; Maintain OP as Stock Sell-
off Unwarranted/Overdone
reiterate our OP rating on CRVS, following our attendance at this past week's Society
of Investigative Dermatology/SID meeting in Chicago, where the company had multiple
presentations (including an investor event) that spotlighted lead asset soquelitinib/SQL.
With the company using SID to showcase new immunologic and biomarker data from
its initial P1 SQL study in atopic dermatitis/AtD, we found the data compelling and
persuasive regarding SQL's novel ITK inhibition-based mechanism of action/MOA of
down-regulating Th2 cells and up-regulating T regulatory cells/Tregs. Given this, and
overwhelmingly positive feedback we gained from key opinion leaders/KOLs spoke
with at SID on SQL's prospects, view the stock's 22% sell-off in the time since CRVS'
first presentations Thursday (vs. -4% XBI) as completely unwarranted and, in our view,
overdone. As such, we recommend being opportunistic on CRVS, especially for investors
willing to wait for next SQL AtD data sets in 4Q26/3Q27.

Increasing #Tregs may be effective reducing inflammatory damage in Duchenne muscular dystrophy, retarding progression of disease and regenerating lost skeletal muscle
https://t.co/A72yi3O37l
Therapies that increase Tregs could be beneficial in this terrible disease and would be exciting to see this indication pursued
The Treg IL33/ST2/AREG axis in a non-immune role for Tregs that can increase muscle growth + reduce atherosclerosis. Two major indications to also pursue.
* Tregs stimulate muscle stem cell differentiation and muscle repair and regeneration by promoting the polarization of #M1 pro-inflammatory phenotype macrophages to #M2 anti-inflammatory phenotype macrophages and the release of the specific growth factor dual regulator #Areg

@GraphiteOne (TSXV: $GPH | OTCQX: $GPHOF) provided an update on the permitting progress of its flagship Graphite Creek Project under the FAST-41 federal permitting program.
The Graphite Creek Project, an open-pit graphite mine and processing plant ~60 km north of Nome, Alaska, was accepted as a FAST-41 “covered project”, becoming the first Alaska mining project listed on the Federal Permitting Dashboard.

If Definium reaches its best case annual revenue projections of $6B-$8B for DT120 you could see stock prices well above $200 easily (current price: $21.70). Combined with the company opening up another PH3 trial in PTSD and you can see a world where the drug reaches annual sales of $10B or more.
Buy while you can.
$CRVS GS comments on upcoming SID Data May 14 if the
durability during the off-treatment period is sustained with Cohort 4, think it could
further differentiate soquelitnib’s profile as a disease modifying treatment in AD. That is,
the patient could potentially get long intervals or drug holidays, which could help SQL to
become favored by patients. Caveating different stages and different positioning within
the AD treatment paradigm, positive maintenance data are regarded as important
catalysts with $APGE ) Phase 2 52-week maintenance data
and Nektar’s $NKTR, rezpeg Phase 2 36-week maintenance data
moving the respective stocks +20%/+51% over the topline announcements
$CRVS Cantor SQL's differentiation as a MAINTENANCE therapy
AD is a chronic condition requiring long-term treatment. While most therapies currently have maintenance treatment protocols, $CRVS goal is to put patients into prolonged remission, then provide intermittent tailor-made treatment for flare ups as needed. This is an entirely new dosing paradigm in AD that sets ITK inhibition apart from the pack.
SQL's multi-mechanism approach could provide a one-two punch. Patients will have quick relief (due to inhibition of Th2, Th17 and ILC2 cells) and also durable remission (due to Treg induction).

Reverse splits effective today, April 13.
$MSAI — MultiSensor AI, 1-for-40 split. One of the most aggressive ratios seen recently. Nasdaq compliance play.
$NXPL — NextPlat Corp, 1-for-10 split. Shares outstanding drop from 26.9 million to 2.7 million.
$HCAI — Huachen AI Parking, 1-for-30 split. China-based company. Board approved the ratio in March.
$AKAN — Akanda Corp, 1-for-4.5 split. Cannabis and telecom company. Shareholder approved in November 2025.
$WFF — WF Holding, 1-for-5 split. Malaysian fiberglass manufacturer. Targeting $1 minimum bid price for Nasdaq compliance.
Reverse splits do not change the value of your position. They reduce share count and increase price per share by the same ratio. Most of these are Nasdaq compliance moves, not business improvements.
Not financial advice.
$DNLI approved yesterday early, before the PDUFA date.

READ THIS POST FOR A FEEL GOOD OPPORTUNITY:
Before Saturday's FDA decision on $RCKT I want to tell you who is actually running this company. The CEO is Dr. Gaurav Shah. Harvard undergraduate. Columbia medical school. Oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Guys a beast.
He then went to Novartis where he helped develop Kymriah - one of the first CAR-T cell therapies ever approved by the FDA. A therapy that changed how we treat leukemia.
In 2015 he left one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies on earth to go to a company of literally one person. He said the first six months were shocking. He asked one of the founders what he was supposed to do and they told him "figure it out, that's why we hired you."
That company is now 48 hours away from potentially getting its first FDA approved product......
And here's the thing that got me - he's also a Grammy Award winner. Him and his wife won Best Children's Album in 2022. The man curing rare diseases in kids by day and making music about the world they deserve to live in by night. This isn't a faceless biotech with a PowerPoint deck in my opinion. There's a real person who left a GUARANTEED career at the TOP of big pharma because he believed he could cure diseases nobody else was trying to cure. FDA decides Saturday. I'll be watching. $RCKT 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
