@walterkirn There is also a major drug addiction problem in MPLS now. Addicts smoking meth pipes &fentanyl foil in public, police presence. Outside businesses and in parks in plain view of children. Daily overdoses and psychotic breakdowns. It’s far worse than the crack epidemic in the 90s.
