@British_Airways Been unable to speak to anyone since October for a lost holiday. Not responding to any correspondence. Worse airline I've ever travelled with.

@British_Airways Still trying to communicate with BA for a holiday we missed due to COVID in October 2021. Not surprised to see BA are still failing at so many levels. Instead of the constant hard sell, look after the customers you've already failed and failing.
