BIG NEWS 🚨 Modi Govt announces a new pension scheme called the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS).

Under this scheme, if an employee works for at least 25 years,

they will receive 50% of their last 12 months' basic pay as pension after retirement.

If a pensioner passes away, their family will receive 60% of the pension amount the employee was receiving at the time of death.

If an employee leaves the job after 10 years, they will receive a pension of ₹10,000 per month.

The new scheme will be implemented from April 1, 2025 and employees will have the option to choose between the NPS or UPS.
