@sardesairajdeep Yes,but you cannot whimsically take decisions also if you have the power. The central govt. had least idea of the migrant's problem.A planned imposition of lockdown could have been ideal.

@nsitharaman @sardesairajdeep,IFSC:BKID0004078, noATMs working, other ATMs and online transaction are not processed with three different debit cards. Now the bank says cannot process cash withdrawal due to link failure. Haven't seen such a low in services,need money in emergency.

Later yesterday when we tried, there were two failed withdrawal transaction from non BOI ATMs. Money not yet refunded.
