BREAKING: The man with 30 prior arrests who stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a Fairfax, VA bus stop earlier this week is an illegal alien from Sierra Leone, who entered the U.S. illegally in 2012 and has a final order of removal dating back to 2020.

Gov. Abigail Spanberger, on her first day in office, ended Virginia's cooperation with ICE, and later cancelled all state law enforcement's 287(g) programs with the federal government that allow them to work with ICE to detain illegal aliens.

Somehow this guy with 30 prior arrests for many violent crimes and in the country illegally for nearly 15 years was able to roam the streets in Virginia.

And an innocent woman is now dead.

Two Juveniles, Charged with Felonies, Were Released After Being Caught Breaking into Cars by Police in Montgomery County, Maryland. 🚔

On Thursday, December 4th at 3:30am, (a school night) Montgomery County Police Plainclothes Officers (SAT team) were conducting theft from auto patrols along Norbeck Road when officers spotted two Hyundai sedans closely following each other.

Officers carefully tailed the suspects into the Gaithersburg area, at which point both suspects parked on Gloria Way. It was determined that both of the Hyundais were STOLEN, one on that same night.

A drone was launched, (Montgomery County Police still remain without a police helicopter) which caught the suspects attempting to break into parked cars and eventually speed off.

Officers immediately pulled over a driver of the stolen car, resulting in a GLOCK 19 9mm handgun being recovered from one of the juvenile’s waistbands— which had its serial number scratched off and was later determined to be stolen. 🔫

One of the juveniles was charged as an adult with Felony Theft, Illegal Possession of a Handgun, and other charges. He was then released.

The other juvenile was charged with Felony Theft and related charges. He was released to his parents on that night.
