If the @StateDept can adjudicate thousands of student visas in India, a place many consider the epicenter of the pandemic, why is it not able to issue the 50k diversity visas spread out over 100 consular posts. The numbers ain't adding up, @JoeBiden.

How do you explain that very low case numbers (2xx, 3xx, 1xxx, 5xxx) who filled the DS260 form on the SAME DATE could NOT get an interview, while very large case numbers (68xxx, 75xxx, 83xxx) could be interviewed?
