5/ final venogram with no residual contrast extravasation

4/ finally externalized the retrieved filter with demonstration of extensive residual tissue around the apex of filter

2/ then we brought #CavaClear from @PhilipsHealth to ablate embedded fibrotic tissue from hook and tip of filter to allow capture into the large 16 Fr sheath from @CookMedical

3/ next, with adequate laser ablation, the filter was captured and retrieved successfully

Here’s how we accomplished this percutaneously step-by-step:
1/ first we utilized #ChainLink technique with combo loop snare from above and below to straighten the filter @VVargheseDO
