@epokolipse I honestly can't show my raw collection as it's just too big. Imagine nearly every card that exists from the regular sets from base to 30th.
A number of pieces from my personal Pokรฉmon collection are heading to Heritage Auctions this December!
Including Skyridge PSA and some iconic sealed Japanese Pokรฉmon boxes.

I think it's also important to look at the event from Scopely's perspective.
I also think it's helpful to compare it to a company's annual employee or partner event. Employees, ambassadors and marketing partners often receive gifts, exclusive experiences or recognition from their employer. Most people wouldn't expect to receive those benefits simply because they're customers of that company.
This feels very similar to me. Content creators and ambassadors aren't just players. Many spend years creating content, organizing communities, answering questions, hosting events and helping keep the game alive. The rewards they received are essentially a thank you from the company for the work they do.
Would I have loved to receive a guaranteed hundo Mewtwo? Absolutely. But I'm also not an employee, ambassador or creator working with Scopely. Looking at it that way, it feels less like favoritism and more like an employer thanking people who contribute to its marketing and community efforts. It's no different than an employee party where everyone gets a gift from the company.
Where I do think Scopely could improve is the communication. If they are going to hand out exclusive rewards like guaranteed hundos, it would be nice to also recognize Community Ambassadors around the world or create similar opportunities for highly active communities that simply can't travel to New York.
At the end of the day, I don't believe this was about saying that only NYC or content creators matter. It was a marketing event where people representing the game received perks from the company they help promote. It's perfectly fine to wish you had been there. I certainly do. But I don't think the people who received those rewards deserve the criticism.
I completely understand why some players feel disappointed, and it's fair to express those feelings. Everyone invests their time into GO Fest in different ways, and those emotions are valid.
That said, I think it's also important to look at the event from Scopely's perspective. Times Square wasn't simply a Pokรฉmon GO event. It was a large-scale marketing activation. Bringing together creators, Community Ambassadors and media in one of the world's most recognizable locations generates content and exposure that reaches millions of players. That is ultimately what these flagship events are designed to do.

The discussion should be about how Scopely can recognize dedicated communities worldwide, not about taking something away from those who earned an invitation.

Copenhagen GO Fest 2026 โ
A successful weekend overall!
I didn't really tryhard this year like many players, as I was travelling with family and enjoying the event at a more relaxed pace.
The weather was a bit of a rollercoaster, but overall perfectly acceptable for a GO Fest.
There were also quite a few technical hiccups, login issues, and server struggles throughout the weekend due to the massive number of trainers attending.
On top of that, I attended with a ruptured ACL and a torn meniscus, which made all the walking... let's say less than ideal. ๐
Thankfully, Copenhagen is an incredibly bike-friendly city, and ice packs became my best friend throughout the weekend.
But honestly, all of that is quickly forgotten when a trade with a Lucky Friend in King's Garden turns into a BG Shlundo Mewtwo. ๐โจ
Definitely the highlight of the event for me.
GG to everyone who attended, and see you next year! ๐
