@MattWallaceTech I think it should be a split, or it depends on who is mainly at fault, so if Tesla itself misidentified something and caused a crash or a scrape, then Tesla should take most of the responsibility

FSD V14.3.7 backs up to make room for a merging bus.

This is the first time I’ve ever had FSD make a move like this to allow someone to merge into traffic.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen a Titanium Metallic Model X in person. Extremely rare color that was only produced for about a year and discontinued in late 2016. Nice brownish hue to it. This one is in great condition for a 10 year old vehicle.
