אבל איזה מוזר זה היה כשבאמצע שיעור פילאטיס ראשון שלי בשבדית פתאום שמעתי יזהר אשדות מהרמקולים😵‍💫.
אחרי כמה שיעורים כשזה חזר על עצמו עם עוד שירים בעברית שאלתי את המדריכה, היא אמרה ש פשוט בחרה פלייליסט פילאטיס בספוטיפיי, וכמעט כולם הם פלייליסטים ישראלים.

לא זוכר את המגבלות אורך המדויקות אבל זה לא שונה בהרבה.
אני ריצפתי ספריה עם התפלגות סביב 200 בסיסים.

@ArbleMatan @shay_fleishon כבר יצא לי לרצף עם Element (עם הAVITI אחת הפלטפורמות הקודמות שלהם) והייתי מאוד מרוצה מאיכות הריצוף.
ולאחרונה אני שולח לריצוף בDNBSEQ של MGI וגם כן מאוד מרוצה.
אז עושה רושם שהמונופול של אילומינה באמת מתחיל להשבר סופסוף :)

״אני ליאת קרן, חוקרת סרטן במכון ויצמן, ולפני שלושה שבועות נפל לי טיל על המעבדה. באותו לילה ארור של ה-15.6 ישנו בממד של חברים כי כבר לא יכולנו לסבול את הריצות הליליות למקלט עם 3 ילדים. בבוקר, התעוררתי מדפיקה של שוטרת על הדלת: צלצלי למשפחה שלך. הם דואגים. נפל טיל במכון. רסיסי מידע התחילו לחדור. רצנו חזרה לבית וראינו שכל החלונות בדירה התנפצו. והמחשבה המקפיאה - איזה מזל שלא ישנו שם בלילה. בינתיים עוד הודעות ואני מבינה שהבניין שבו המעבדה שלי נפגע. אני רצה לשם. בלי לחשוב. בכפכפים. מגיעה ורואה שהמעבדה שלי בוערת וצוות כיבוי משפריץ מים פנימה. ואז ההבנה - הכל הלך.

כבר שלושה שבועות שאני שבורה. כל היום עם דמעות בעיניים. כל מה שעבדתי מאוד קשה לבנות ב5 השנים האחרונות נהרס. מעבדה זה לא רק שולחנות וכסאות. ז�� תוצרי מחקר - קולקציות של דוגמאות של חולים, רקמות קפואות של עכברים, פלסמידים, תאים... שנים של עבודה שהלכה לפח. חלק מהדברים אפשר לשחזר והרבה לא. גם כל המכשור נהרס ואין עוד כזה בארץ. האובדן של הידע הוא אדיר. האובדן הזה הוא לא רק שלי, או של שאר החוקרים שנפגעו. זה אובדן למדינת ישראל ולאנושות כולה. מחקר שיכול היה להציל חיים נגדע ע"י טילים שמטרתם לחסל חיים.

אני באבל על האובדן. לא מצליחה לישון בלילות. את הנאום הזה כתבתי ב-3 בבוקר אחרי עוד לילה ללא שינה. אבל אני יודעת שיש לי מזל גדול, כי איש לא נפגע.

ואני יודעת שהאובדן שלי על עבודת חיי שנחרבה הוא כעין וכאפס לעומת האובדן של ויקי ויהודה, שמחכים לנמרוד כבר 638 ימים.

לעומת האובדן של אמה ויולי שלא ראו את אבא שלהן דוד כמעט ש��יש מחייהן.

לעומת האובדן של מיכל, שישבה פה לידי בתקופת הדוקטורט שלנו בויצמן, ואיבדה את בעלה בלחימה בעזה.
האובדן שלי, של המדע, הוא רק עוד פסיק קטן ברשימת האובדנות של ממשלת ההפקרה והביזה. ממשלה מסואבת ו��נותקת שמקדשת את האובדן במקום לקדש את החיים. אותה ממשלה שמעדיפה להחזיר חטופים מתים על פני חיים. אותה ממשלה שבוכה דמעות תנין על ההרס במכון בו בזמן שהיא בעצמה הכריזה מלחמה על האקדמיה, המחקר והחינוך במדינת ישראל. ממשלה שלא מבינה שללא מדע חזק, שמצמיח הייטק חזק ובטחון חזק, אנחנו פשוט לא נהיה פה.

האיראנים לא סתם כיוונו למכון ויצמן. באופן אבסורדי, הם מבינים את מה שהממשלה הזו לא מבינה. המדע הוא נכס אסטרטגי של מדינת ישראל. אנחנו מדינה קטנה מוקפת אויבים. אין לנו משאבים טבעיים. הנכסים שלנו הם:

1. הערכים שלנו, ערכי מגילת העצמאות, שעל בסיסם בנינו פה מדינה לתפארת.
2. הסולדיריות החברתית.
3. ההון האנושי – ההשקעה בחינוך ובדעת.

ועל כל אלה ממשלת ישראל הכריזה מלחמה. תוך כדי מלחמה קשה מנשוא, כשהילדים שלי מתחבאים בממד, מפעל חיי מרוסק לרסיסים, החיילים שלנו נשחקים עד דק והחטופים מופקרים במנהרות, ��ממשלה המשיכה ללא לאות לקדם את האג'נדות שלה: הקרסת הדמוקרטיה הישראלית ע״י קידום חוקים אנטי-שוויוניים ואנטי-ציוניים כמו חוק ההשתמטות, ביזת הקופה הציבורית עבור מגזרים מקורבים, שבירת הסולידריות והפצת רעל ופגיעה מתמשכת בחינוך, בהשכלה הגבוהה, במחקר ובהייטק – וכפועל יוצא ישיר, גם בביטחון.

במלחמה האחרונה, שאני כבר לא זוכרת איך קוראים לה מרוב שמות המלחמות שהיו פה בשנתיים האחרונות, נלחמנו באיראן. איראן צריכה לשמש לנו דגל אדום. איראן היא הדוגמה למה קורה לעם מוצלח, חכם, גאה, כשמשתלטת עליו כנופיה של קיצוניים משיחיים מחרחרי שנאה. במהלך הקריירה האקדמית שלי יצא לי לפגוש לא מעט איראנים. משכילים שגלו מארצם בכאב מכיוון שכבר לא יכלו לשאת את התמורות שחלו במולדתם. איראן היא תמרור אזהרה בוהק. זה מה שקורה למי שנותש את הרעיונות הליברלים וממליך עליו אוטוקרטיה ��תית קיצונית.

My lab at @WeizmannScience was completely demolished by the Iranian missile a few days ago. This is hard and sad as nothing was left to save. We study heart regeneration and regenerative medicine. As such, we will regenerate, regrow and rebuild. The one thing that wasn't gone is our motivation said one of my student. It is true. Here, I would like to thank many of my friends around the globe that offer their help, space and support. I really appreciate that.
