I ordered Ronin accessories from your website futureaccessories on June 30, It is not shipped yet. I have raised cancellation request multiple times but still no reply just a case number. Could you please help me with cancellation and refund of same.

@policybazaar Almost been a month but I still don't know what is the approved amount nor I know when the claim will be processed.
Each time @policybazaar will call and say we are coordinating with the policy provider and waiting.
Is this correct way to deal with things?

It's been more than a month, I am still stuck with unclear next steps of my bike insurance @policybazaar and @UnitedIndiaInsu I filed the claim form on 24/01/2026 ,the surveyor was assigned as MT Engineers Legal Investigator Pvt. Ltd. (1/n)

@policybazaar @UnitedIndiaInsu Then nor the surveyor is responding and @policybazaar is also giving just vague responses.
No clarity. I am unable to understand what is wrong why is the process taking this much time

Which I did shared the dismantle photos and videos along with invoice.
Post which there has been no update

I availed the online NSC facility by internet banking of Indian post.
However I was just presented with a NSC cyber certificate which doesn't even mentions NSC VIII issue.

I ordered 2 medicine (A,B) on 12th Oct, (B) medicine was out of stock so I was refunded partial amount
And later this order was cancelled and a new order was created with medicine (A) which I was asked to pay for. The balance amount of first order is still unknown

But they are just saying to be patient and saying that appropriate team will get back to you in 24-48 hours but they never do
