For those who don't know. This is former chairperson of Daybreak Farms Bojane Segooa. She was so terrible at her job that she:

1. Oversaw the starvation of 594,000 breeder birds across farms in Bela-Bela and Mookgopong.

2. Did not pay her employees, people lost jobs because of her. Imagine with such high unemployment, there is someone, a black woman of all people, purposefully running a company into ruin knowing fully well that people depend on those jobs.

Mind you, Daybreak Farms (officially Daybreak Foods), is 100% owned by the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), which is the South African government's "asset management firm".

Because of her incompetence the government lost over R2 billion in public funds attempting to bail out the collapsing farm.

Now, tell me why, after costing us R2 billion is she now employed by NSFAS as a member of the audit and risk committee. What risk will she be assessing? The risk of not getting caught when u r incompetent????

Speaking at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Moeletsi Mbeki didn't mince his words.

He argued that Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) started with a noble purpose: to create genuine black ownership and participation in the economy. But, according to him, it has since "become a virus inside the body politic of South Africa."

Mbeki says BBBEE now largely benefits a politically connected elite while excluding millions of ordinary South Africans.

He argues it has become a major driver of corruption because, in his view, "those who benefit are also the people passing the laws."

He also pointed to fronting, where companies create the appearance of black ownership purely to qualify for BBBEE benefits, calling it one of the clearest examples of how the system has been distorted.

Seems now that even the word "empowerment" probably needs empowerment. The policy meant to spread opportunity is, according to Mbeki, spending more time creating consultants, compliance certificates and politically connected millionaires than uplifting the average unemployed South African.

Whether you agree with him or not, his comments are bound to spark debate.

Zero streetlights and a minefield of excavations cost 51 year old Hugo van Der Berg from Secunda his life in Pretoria on Saturday night.

While returning from the rugby at Loftus, Hugo fell into one of the many open excavations left open by construction by the City of Tshwane.

Thousands of spectators leaving Loftus stadium had to navigate literal deathtraps to get to their cars. Pitch black due to no streetlights and zero proper blockages or markings. Hugo was the third person to fall into the excavations.

Despite numerous warnings to the Metro, Mayor and MMC. Absolutely zero was done. They have yet to even go to the scene or issue a statement.

It's too late now. They should have deployed immediately. What a tragedy. Please keep this man's family in your prayers.

Around 2 800 Afrikaner boys and girls gathered in Naboomspruit (Mookgophong) from 6–10 July 2026 for a 35-year tradition of rugby, netball and hockey under the Afrikaner Volkseie Sport banner, with Christian values, cultural pride and discipline‼️ Just healthy competition, nothing else.

In the “new” South Africa, white boys daring to play “bokkie rugby”together with their own people is now “racist” and must be crushed🔥

McKenzie and his ANC ally, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi, are foaming at the mouth calling it a “racist endeavour” and a “travesty of our democracy.” They want it shut down and participants blacklisted‼️

While they scream about “transformation,” real school and club rugby has been turned into a racial quota circus where white talent is deliberately sidelined so the numbers look right on paper‼️ White boys get pushed out then when they create their own space to keep playing the game they love with their own culture, these politicians label them apartheid throwbacks.

Other groups can have their cultural sports events and nobody bats an eyelid but Afrikaner kids⁉️ Instant demonisation.
