May I know who are these people and who the hell is sharing my number to such agencies? I’ve been getting more than 15 spam calls everyday even after activating DND. Is there any solutions or legal actions to stop getting all calls??

@eon_next I haven’t received a bill for last 2 months and we have been reaching out to you since November. Since, we upgraded our meter to Economy7, our tariff is not yet changed and not got any bill from last 75 days. Is this a complementary or a blunder done by you 😃

@scapiasupport I have a Scapia Card which I mostly use in the UK nowadays. Until yesterday, I had an excellent credit limit but suddenly, today, before I can use that card for one big transaction, I noticed that my CC limit is reduced by 80%? How? Can u explain this @getscapia?

There is no application tracking service available in India for the UK where we can track the status. Additionally, no official customer care or support center where we can reach out directly to share our concerns. Worthless to pay for premium services. :( (2/2)
