@SheckyVBismarck@dijoni Why do you have such a hard time accepting your side is a bunch of racist assholes? No Democrat would ever pretend to be a white nationalist cunt.
@lucystone1871 You’re a fucking idiot. No leftist would ever wear the mask of hate and racism. It’s everything we stand against. You couldn’t pay me to pretend to be a white nationalist.
Why don’t you just claim it since it’s who you are. Are you ashamed to?
@___Ken________@TheEbonyMaw They may not have a “history of violence” but I’m asking you if you think that means they that stand for peace.??
Or are they just part of a long lineage in this country of white men in white masks who DO have a history of violence and DO NOT stand for peace.
@TheEbonyMaw One of them is a mentally ill person committing a heinous crime. Not because he’s black but because he’s a mentally ill psychopath.
The other is a different kind of mental illness—and it’s meant to convey menace, hatred, exclusion and implicit violence to anyone not white.
@john_marsh10@SallyBrabble@Daxximas1@Yam_Nivek No serious policy is abt “rewarding laziness.” Life is more complicated than a moral system where everyone who struggles deserves it and everyone who succeeds did it entirely on their own. There are other factors that play in such as low wages, childcare costs, or health issues.
@john_marsh10@SallyBrabble@Daxximas1@Yam_Nivek You say you support “ppl trying to help themselves” and “ppl who need assistance”—that’s exactly who the majority of these programs serve. But then you pivot to this idea of “lifetime leeches” as if that’s the primary group driving these systems—and it’s not. That’s a small slice
@john_marsh10@SallyBrabble@Daxximas1@Yam_Nivek You made a broad claim about “poor people” being lazy and irresponsible. Now you’re narrowing it to a smaller group to avoid the fact that most people who need help are working, have worked, or are in situations like caregiving, disability, or temporary hardship.
@SallyBrabble@john_marsh10@Daxximas1@Yam_Nivek To be precise, I should’ve said social democracy, but that’s literally what I’ve been saying ever since. Either way, that’s not the core issue. The issue is social democracy keeps capitalism, but adds universal public guarantees that laissez-faire capitalism doesn’t, but should.
