@SamsungIndia sales poc at @samsungoperahouse Bangalore gives demo with of monitors/TVs with non Samsung speakers. But the engineer who visited tells that monitor is only compatible with Samsung speaker and his job is provide bluetooth option on monitor.

Bought a Samsung M7 32" monitor from @SamsungIndia, only to find out the Bluetooth audio lags significantly with JBL and Sony bluetooth speakers. Support says it's not compatible and only compatible with Samsung speakers! Is this stated anywhere? And they claim it’s smart! @Sony
