@ajrgd@pizzaboy@Affinity I had a similar issue last week. They were going to bump up my subscription 3× after 18 months of a discount. But cancelling would charge me a fee. I don't remember them ever telling me about an early cancellation charge after 18 months, nor did they send me an email to warn me.
@saniaio@studio__aaa@pizzaboy@Affinity I've heard some people say to downgrade to a lower plan (no charge), then cancel while still in the cancellation window for the new plan.
Or, if you want to keep it at a cheaper price, contact support in the live chat and they'll almost always give you a discount.
