@andybudd Of course this could also be an outcome of poor team dynamics and psychological safety. Not fully knowing the situation, as a PM I would ask the designer to regularly meet to show WIP & assure them and communicate to sales team that this is not a “final” iteration of the design

@andybudd Ordinarily I’m on the side of the angels (the designers that is), but a fault I’ve often seen with designers is a need for perfection that means they hold the work for too long instead of actively showing work in progress.
