Same time again next year....

[Doddie Aid @doddie_aid]

Beating MND is always going to be a team effort. Just like on the rugby field, we all have our part to play in getting the ball over the try line.
‌
Thank you to every single person who took part in Doddie Aid 2024, we see you 💛💙

There we go 150 Miles done for @doddie_aid and the district of @doddiebaabaas.

Counting all the extra moving in a day, few tasty workouts to get the miles in this week. No guard mounts logged, there wasn't a marching band button.

Now time for the Six Nations. Boom 🏉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

[Dean Welsh @DWelshMus]

First 50 miles for @doddie_aid and @DoddieBaaBaas done. Few more to go.

You could also look this cool during your January exercise and mid walk coffee.

Free when you join Doddie Aid.

Used to enjoy popping in here occasionally while working @RMASandhurst. Played on the balcony once for a wedding.

@StKentAc Would not of been part of this years National Act of Remembrance had it not been for picking up the tuba at St Kents.

@evin3859 @LNER You should have went first class they'll feed you something of a similar standard to the cookhouse and you may get lucky and get your own desk.

"I think I might go Navy this year. I really like getting in the sea." 😂😂😂

The 2023 @ArmyvNavyRugby event is just days away but who will triumph on the big stage at Twickenham Stadium?

We asked some of the @Harlequins team including @JoeMarler...

[Dean Welsh @DWelshMus]

@Hilda_Erasmuson @WO_McCabe @aircadets @SESCOTWING @censcotwing @WScotAirCadets @NIWingAirCadets @NscotWingRAFAC And one ex SNI Cadet who spotted them at the top of the mall marching past with a Tuba 🤣🤣 I hope they had a fantastic time despite the rain.

Just what would we have done this weekend without music ? From being part of the Pomp and Ceremony in London to being fortunate to attend the Coronation Concert in Windsor. A weekend that'll go down in the history books. #Coronation

[Dean Welsh @DWelshMus]

Didn't expect this to be how we get into London. Then marching across town.

[Tim Dunn @MrTimDunn]

Here’s a surreal (part-sped up to fit twitter) half an hour of the people from the services (I’m not clued up on
regiments, not my forte) streaming through London Waterloo station just now. They struck up their instruments in the taxis’ porte cochère and marched off into town
