My wife took my mother, who lives in LA County to vote. While she was helping my mother, one the election staff asked my wife if she wanted to vote. My wife: "We're not from here, my I.D. is for Utah."

The staff: "You don't need I.D., just use any address in the county," meaning my mother's address.
