@DirectLine I've tried WhatsApp, ringing and messaging. Your customer services are just appalling and I have had no help. Please explain how on earth changing a registration affect the policy. It is just another way to extort money from someone who is already paying £800 for insurance.

@premierinn currently at your Hampstead Heath hotel. Worst hotel ever, air con not working, no fans, tiny window and overlooking a BP garage so extremely noisy. Had no sleep whatsoever
