Tried updating my PS5 to the most current version today, and it crashed my system. They are saying I have to pay $220 to ship and repair it... even though they sent out a faulty update at a faulty time... really PS?!?!?! @AskPlayStation Pay over 500 for a system, now this??

@ltk07 @AskPlayStation will do, have two days off work and all I wanted to do was play @ELDENRING and relax... I do not get much spare time with the industry I'm in, so this is not cool.

Never would I imagine a gaming company make you pay for a faulty update that they sent out.. @AskPlayStation
