@RepublicofThink@tonytardio You really think its because of cgt? Really?
Reduce immigration and house prices will be more affordable like in nz and canada.
Also..why touch cgt on shares and trusts...How does that help?
#BREAKING Australia has repatriated a monster.
Failed ISIS "bride" Zeinab Ahmad, 31, just appeared in a Melbourne court after willingly moving to Syria in 2014.
Police opposed her bail, warning she is an active threat who was on the ISIS payroll, held an official ISIS ID card, and has never renounced the terror group.
The horrific details of her time in Syria expose the danger she poses to the public:
Bought a child slave: Paid $10,000 for a 15-year-old Yazidi girl.
Enabled systemic rape: Knew the teenager was bought for her father to rape and abuse.
Enforced terror: Forced the girl to do housework under ISIS flags and loaded firearms.
Held elite status: Enjoyed special ISIS privileges and regular salaries funded by terror.
Letting this unrepentant, salaried ISIS operative back onto Australian soil places the entire community at risk.
The hearing, before Chief Magistrate Lisa Hannan, continues on Friday with Zeinab Ahmad’s defence team to make submissions on why she should be released.
She should be locked up forever.
Show her the same sympathy she showed the Yazidi slave.
@AlboMP And taxing trusts and shares and companies helps how?
30 percent minimum hurts people the most. People saving for a house...people retiring and not wanting the govt pension.
