@DoorDash Canada rep said their supervisor would call but no one did.They instead emailed lying they called & that per policy no more refunds can be made.What policy?We cancelled order on your reps insistence & just don't want to be charged for food YOU DIDN'T deliver!!(3/3)
@DoorDash Canada rep called and asked us to cancel the order bcos they couldn't find a dasher and transferred $13 dashpoints as an apology but later the actual order refund of $43.17 didn't come.Apparently refunding undelivered order amount is against their policy!(2/3)
@DoorDash Canada is disappointing and the worst example in customer service. We ordered food from a restaurant via door dash and they couldn't find a dasher for close to 2 hrs.When we msgd customer service, they called us and apologized for not being able to find a dasher!(1/3)
Space X Starship exploded, Yes we all know that. And when you say it like that it means a glass half empty like medias out there. Todays launch attempt was one step closer to make humanity multi planetary species. It was one step closer to make future Moon and Mars missions.
Part 3/3A. the entertainment screens did not work throughout the flight, the over head light or the attendant call button were broken, the food was unappetizing with my neighbour even finding her bread was rotten with fungi. @airindiain
Part 3/3B. To put it in context, this was a peak season flight and I had paid a hefty premium price for it! This experience was beyond my imagination. I have a flight back with them and I’m truly hoping for a better service to their customers. @airindiain
Part 3/3C. I was surprised when passengers had to beg and argue for hours at the airport with air India airline staff for accommodation or any sort of compensation for delay and layover of 12hrs+ caused by airline.
@airindiain
Part 2/3. My flight YYZ to DEL was delayed by 4hrs with the change in flight also included additional 12.5hrs of layover in Delhi without any compensation or apology or accommodation, the flight in itself was like travelling by a rural bus service. @airindiain
