In a recent post in mentioned my recent video interview with actor/comic Tom Arnold. He’s known some significant ups and down in his life. He’s definitely in an up phase now after a period of drug and alcohol abuse. As he spiraled down, his weight went up.

It was a significant weight gain. That’s behind him now. He lost 80 pounds working with St. Louis fitness-weight loss consultant Charles D’Angelo. What follows is a portion of the interview with Tom Arnold.
